MPLMart (Madanapalle Quick Commerce)

At MPLMart, we ensure a smooth and secure payment process for our customers. Please read our payment policy before placing an order.


1. Accepted Payment Methods


We accept the following payment options:


UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)


Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)


Net Banking


Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select orders



2. Payment Confirmation


Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.


If the payment fails, your order will not be processed. You may retry using a different method.



3. Cash on Delivery (COD)


COD is available for eligible orders based on location and order value.


The full amount must be paid to the delivery person before receiving the package.


We reserve the right to restrict COD for certain users based on past transactions.



4. Refunds & Payment Issues


If you cancel an order or return a product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference).


In case of failed or incorrect transactions, contact our support team for assistance.



5. Security & Fraud Prevention


All payments on MPLMart are secured and processed through trusted payment gateways.


We do not store your payment details like card numbers or UPI credentials.


Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
