Return & Refund Policy

MPLMart (Madanapalle Quick Commerce)

At MPLMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products with quick service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund based on the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility


You can request a return if:


The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.


The product is missing parts or accessories as per the product description.


The product is not as described on our platform.



Non-Returnable Items


Certain items are not eligible for return, including:


Perishable goods (e.g., food items).


Personal care, hygiene, or health-related products.


Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or tampered with.


Items that are marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.



2. Return Request Process


Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.


To request a return, email us at www.mplmart03@gmail.com with:


Order ID


Reason for return


Clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect item received)



Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.



3. Return Pick-Up & Conditions


If approved, we will arrange a pick-up within 2–3 business days.


The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices.


If the return pick-up is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the item.



4. Refund & Replacement Process


Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit (based on customer preference).


If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.



5. Order Cancellation


Orders can be canceled before dispatch.


Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations are not allowed.



6. Important Notes


Repeated return requests for the same product may lead to account restrictions.


If the return request is found to be fraudulent or does not meet our policy, it will be rejected.


MPLMart reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
